Voluntary agreement:
GData is a foundation member of the ITSMIG e.V. association and has committed to the voluntary agreement to fulfil the principles of the initiative "IT Security made in Germany". This agreement forces all security vendors, who want to be certified with the "No Back Door" Logo, to be committed to the agreement terms and rules that prevents them from having any sort of back door in their products or any mechanism that would give ANY third party an uncontrolled access to a customer's computer system or enable said parties to deactivate security relevant functionalities.
